The Bemidji Branch of the USPHS Commissioned Officers Association is made up of Active Duty, Inactive Reserve, and Retired PHS Commissioned Officers living in Minnesota, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The majority of our members are or were assigned to the Indian Health Service or detailed to the Federal Bureau of Prisons
